Dear Running/Biking lovers,
We are not professional therefore we propose to meet at 16:00 have a talk and point out the rules. First of all everyone make a 7 minutes workout exercises for running or biking then start to run/bike, everyone at his level but we have to meet at 17:10 all in the same place were we start for a 7 min stretching workout.
The evening can be closed with a relaxing talk near a glass of water/juice/hot chocolate/bier/or whatever at Kraftpaule.

PS: Please register if you are sure that you will come and note that we start at 16:00 with the pre-running/biking workout! You don’t need to run with your rucksack you can deposit it in my car.
