This time my choice is for Protected content
The Protected content is traditional Italian and cosmopolitan international at the same time. The menu is dominated by bitter-sweet classics bringing together bitters, liqueurs or vermouth. While the Negroni might be the best seller, there are also contemporary interpretations of dolce-amaro. Through the famous „Buchetta del vino“, a historic hole in the wall, the glass of wine is also served directly to the street. Alla salute!
