Ready to Join?

Since the weather is a bit chilly and unpredictable, outdoors activities aren t yet in such a big popular demand so we thought of an "indoor-outdoors activity" and after some time decidet to host it . Unfortunately we can organize it only on weekends when the prices are a bit higher, but those who live close by, may try on working days as well. Childern under the age og 16 have the benefit of a lower price: 60,00 dkk. Adults pay 110.
Things to remember:

- everyone is responsible for his own climbing, so please choose your traks difficulty and high of climb accordingly to your skills / experience, there are mattrasses on the floor, no rope and harnes are needed here, but the fall from 4-5meters isnt something to joke about. I would recomend in the beginning ballancing exercises on the lower levels of walls without ascending too much max Protected content .

-bring suitable change shoes for climbing, you may not use those you just walk in from the street. Simple tennis shoes Protected content smaller than you normally use are ideal for better support of the toes, but of course, if you can afford buying or renting special climbing shoes, let you fantasy and debit card loose !

-Bring some food and drinkable fluids (without alcohol), you wount be able to hang on the wall during the whole event anyway. Tip: Chocolate is great against muscle cramps. (Magnesion and Calcium resources can be of great value at the end of event)

-Bring clothes suitable for climbing, remember you need to strech and reach out far, and keep the overall weight as low as possible, normal sports or yoga cloths should be enough.

-remember to hold a beak after each 15 minutes at most ( beginners - are recomended 5), dont overload your finger joints.

-the aim is to find ideal balance of the whole body, not overexercise forearm and finger strenght, so pay a good deal of attention to feet as well and try to work out your position with their help, use fingers only to supplemental support not full body ancoring.

-aim high, but dont exagerate, remeber: you want to climb another day as well.
