Do you like bubbles? And seafood? If so, the Frutti di mare and Prosecco workshops are just for you!
At the beginning, - welcome you with the Rossini cocktail, i.e. prosecco combined with strawberries, but this is not the end of the bubbles.
During the blood cooking course, Emiliano will show you how delicious dishes such as black pasta with seafood, kataifi dough chips, baked mussels and razors and ... one fish dish, i.e. salmon tartare served on crispy rice toast.
