Discussion about intermittent fasting
Not only what we eat is important but also when. Intermittent fasting makes it easy to lose weight, and beyond that, it provides numerous health benefits. It's ideal for the lazy ones amongst us because you count hours instead of calories, which is much easier ;-)
I want to use this evening for a discussion about intermittent fasting. Have you tried it? What are your experiences with it? Are you interested in starting IF, but you have questions about it? We can share our experiences with IF and help others to get started.
