Thriving on Low carb -Beneficial? Sustainable??? Lets discuss!

'Low carb' has become a very popular and viable diet worldwide in the recent times which can be implemented in many ways from carnivore to omnivore to vegan.
A low carb lifestyle is a simple,
effective, and safe way to improve one's health by limiting the amount of carbohydrate intake i.e.reducing the “bad” carb intake while increasing “good” carb intake to meet weight goals, manage illness, or simply feel healthier and more energized.
Some diets might be frustrating and discouraging due to the lack of variety, taste, and visible results. Especially, during this time of uncertainty and isolation when so many things are out of our control, people are feeling stressed and stressed people stress-eat. Hence, the only best solution is to take our kitchen into our control and stock up our pantry and fridge with nutritious options to help reduce mindless munching and cravings.
Owing to the ongoing lockdown and restrictions of meeting f2f, let's all get-together virtually to discuss and share experiences of living low carb lifestyle, it's benefits & difficulties and how sustainable it is.
In addition, it would be good to share with each other the different low carb options available in cologne/Germany (ready foods, substitutes, ingredients, restaurants/bakeries) to be benefitted from.
