First Training around the Alster
How about a beautiful morning run along the Alster, followed by some running exercise?
We´ll meet atProtected content loop the Alster, and then make some stretching and running exercise to gain speed and strengthen the muscle.
Running pace along the Alster will be quite slow, around 5´30-5´45min/km (= alster loop in ca 45min). Which means the faster will need to wait, but the slower will need to hurry up!
