Global Networking: Let’s Speak GERMAN!

Dear Belgium lovers,

This Group is more than just any InterNations Group, it has become a community of good vibes and friends, if you are new, we kindly welcome you! If you are a trusted member, can’t wait to see you again!

For this session, imagine the following... you are in Brussels and someone walking just in front of you drops something. You need to react quickly, so you calculate the probabilities of that person speaking French, Dutch or German and quickly say: “Excusez-moi, vous avez laissé tomber quelque chose”. The person gratefully turns around and says: “Vielen Dank !” - you were wrong in your assumption! - and then you both switch to German and have a nice conversation. Happens all the time! In Belgium, we have 3 national languages: Dutch, French and German. Let’s celebrate the Belgian spirit together by practising these languages!
