Meditation to improve you decision-making process
Every day we have to make many decisions. Some of them are simple and you don't even realize you are making them, but others might be life-changing and therefore stressful or even scary.
Are you comfortable with your decision-making process? Do you trust your decisions? Or do you keep revising and doubting them?
Your logical mind can be in direct contrast with your emotions or physical needs so in some cases your pros and cons list can be a bad advisor. It can actually deceive you!
In our next meditation you will learn a safe and secure decision making exercise that takes into account all part of your being – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual – and can make your life much easier.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion or a blanket to sit on. Please be considerate and only book if you really plan to come. Cancel in advance if your plans change, let somebody else use the empty spot.
