Meditation to cut energy cords
Have you ever felt like you couldn't stop thinking obsessively about a person or a situation that was hurting you?
Every day we make connections to other people or situations and their quality depends highly on our previous experiences and our sub-conscious programming. Some relationships can be hurtful and we would love to clear those nagging thoughts about them for good if we knew how to do it.
What if there was a simple way to heal your old relationships and peacefully release from your life people who you don't want to keep in touch with?
In our next meditation you will learn a simple and safe exercise that will help you do exactly this. With just few minutes a day you can regain your peace and free your mind of obsessive thoughts that don't let you sleep.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion or a blanket to sit on. Please be considerate and ONLY SIGN UP IF YOU REALLY PLAN TO COME. Cancel in advance if your plans change, let somebody else use the empty spot.
