Tonglen – Tibetan Practice of Giving and Receiving
Tibetan Buddhism is focused on awakening of compassion and relief of suffering. One of the ways we can achieve this big goal is the practice of Tonglen – the Tibetan breathing and visualization exercise that helps us become liberated from old patterns of selfishness as we begin to take care of ourselves and others. Learn how to ease yours and other people's suffering in our next meditation meeting.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion or a blanket to sit on.
