Body awareness meditation
In today's world, too many people are disconnected from their bodies. Are you one of them? Trapped in your head, can't stop your busy mind? Have you lost your connection with your body and started believing that pain or illness is just something that happens to you randomly without you having any control over it?
Your tensions, pains or low energy, your physical symptoms, are messages from your body telling you that something is out of balance in your life. Join us for our next meditation to reconnect with your body and start understanding the language of its messages.
PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP IF YOU ARE COMING!! That goes also for those who sign up and regularly cancel last minute before the event, making it impossible for other person to attend.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion or a blanket to sit on. Come few minutes early so we can start at 6 pm.
