What does loss mean to you? Whom or what did you lose? How did your life change after the loss?
Whether you lost a person, job, valuable object, sense of safety or self-esteem, we all have our losses and it is a natural part of our human life. Your ability to deal with the loss, accept it and move on determines whether you stay trapped and stuck in that specific moment, or it will become an important point in your self-development and growth.
