Tonglen – Tibetan Practice of Giving and Receiving
The Tibetan Buddhism is focused on awakening compassion and relief of suffering. One of the ways we can achieve this big goal is the practice of Tonglen – the Tibetan breathing and visualization exercise that helps us become liberated from old patterns of selfishness as we begin to take care of ourselves and others. Learn how to ease yours and other people's suffering in our next meditation meeting.
Come few minutes early so we can start on time at 4 pm Panama time / EST / UTC-5.
