I am honored to announce our next meeting: a journey to authentic Brazilian cousins at the one and only Protected content

We will have the entire place to us - we will not only taste an authentic and exquisite cuisine created just for us, we will also be able to connect and talk just among Internations friends without outside disturbances.

We need a minimum of 25 attendants, let’s make it happen :)

Deposit needs to be made one week before the event to guarantee attendance and to make sure we have enough food for anyone.

Our menu will be:

Starter (Salad or Soup)
Potato salad with cod slivers, fine herbs, green leaves
Pumpkin Cream with Ginger (optional)
Main Dish (Crab and shrimp Moqueca)
Crab stewed in clay pots with shrimp, tomatoes, garlic onion, fine herbs, palm oil and coconut milk, served with white rice and dendê
Vegetarian Option: Same dish (moqueca) but replaced with plantains

Dessert (Spoons)
Brigadeiro Chocolate and Coconut
Milk Pudding

Natural juice
Soft drinks

Although the name says it is a bar, the house, located in Vila Madalena, has a family atmosphere in the backyard.

With the space divided between an open terrace at the entrance and a mezzanine in the interior, the Protected content is a simple and homey redoubt that stands out among the most sophisticated bars of the region for the friendly climate.

Opened recently by the artist Fernanda Levorin and the renowned Chef Rene Levorin, the place serves recipes from the owner's family - the name, even, is a tribute of the owner to his grandmother.

The charming decoration on the outer wall, covered by more than 60 cans (empty containers for biscuit, olive oil, tea, candies, chocolate and cigars), is an invitation to taste the home-made cakes, such as couscous of shrimp and the roast pork sandwich on French bread.

To drink, besides beers, drinks like the caipirinha de lime-of-persia and the refreshing Momokawa, a kind of mojito prepared with sake instead of rum, are worthy of attention.
