A MINDFUL WALKİNG + BREAKFAST in MAÇKA PARK

This time We will do walking meditation at Maçka Park.. After walking meditation we will have breakfast at the park..I haven't reservation also I don't know How much price of the breakfast at park. We can sit in any cafe there.. let's join me for the event :) see you there
Walking meditation, also known as mindful walking, is an active practice that requires you to be consciously aware and moving in the environment rather than sitting down with your eyes closed. The practice brings you closer to nature and your body. It also helps strengthen your concentration, makes you more aware, and connects you to the present moment.
Try to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, if possible..
Feel free to bring your friends, and don't forget to ask them to sign up for InterNations first.
