Yoga&Walking and Breakfast @ the Park
Dear walking members hope you are well,
I know you all have been waiting a new walking activity from me:)
Here are the details of the new activity:
*This event will be start with Free Yoga lesson at 09.30 am in the park
* After an approximately 45 min yoga class, we will do mindful walking at the park (Please continue if you want to walk more after walking meditation in the park but I won't able to walking with you to more further .Sorry. Tugba )
*After walking meditation we will have breakfast at the park... We can sit in any cafe there or you can bring some healty food to the park.. it's up to you!
Walking meditation, also known as mindful walking, is an active practice that requires you to be consciously aware and moving in the environment rather than sitting down with your eyes closed. The practice brings you closer to nature and your body. It also helps strengthen your concentration, makes you more aware, and connects you to the present moment.
Try to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, if possible.
İf you have yoga mat, pls bring it .
*Yoga lesson will be beginner level and english. 45 mint (Free )
* Our Yoga Teacher is one of my student.She is really good.If you have not done yoga before, I'm sure you will love this.
*Feel free to bring your friends, and don't forget to ask them to sign up for InterNations first.
*Pls attend to the event if you are really come .
