We will hike up to Morro da Urca along the trail and enjoy the sunset.

Considered one of the most visited attractions of the city, Morro da Urca (Urca Hill) can be reached by cable car or by a simple trail, which starts at the beautiful Protected content , in the neighborhood of Urca.

Recently, the trail underwent a process of environmental recovery, when it received new steps and planting of native trees. On the way, lookouts slowly reveal a breathtaking landscape. Morro da Urca has 360º panoramic views, including Corcovado and Cristo Redentor, Guanabara Bay, Botafogo and Flamengo beaches, Morro da Babilônia, Downtown, Niterói and its ocean beaches and, in the background, the Serra dos Órgãos National Park, with the peak "Dedo de Deus" standing out on the horizon on clear days. The trail is free, but the cable car trips are paid.

The trail has an extension of approximately 2 kilometers and we will walk at a leisurely pace.

Besides the wonderful view that we will have from the top of the Protected content of the hill, we will have time for a coffee or snack and also for many photos.
