Virtual Coffee and Christmas Giving with Raising Futures Kenya

Hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy. Last year around this time we were talking about being able to participate in a Christmas Giving challenge for a charity. There is a charity that I am working very closely with (volunteer trustee) - Raising Futures Kenya - a small charity, fully dependent on donations, that is making a real difference in the lives of young men and women in Kenya, through vocational education, supporting local communities and young mothers. This has been a particularly difficult year for everyone, including the charity and the students who have been participating in these programs. They are participating in Big Give Challenge for charities, and for the period Protected content , all donations made to them will be doubled. 15 GBP, that is approx 18 CHF can ensure Protected content if donated during this period. Let's have a virtual coffee event in Dec, catch up with each other, and enjoy the gift of giving. Chair of Trustee Board from Raising Futures Kenya, Andy King, will join us and tell us more about the work that RFK has been doing with young people in Kenya.
