North vs South
The gastronomic personalities of Brontolo come from opposite sides of Italy, the chef from the southernmost part of Italy: Sicily; the sous-chef, from the northern Alps city of Domodossola. They bring decades of culinary knowledge to the table but instead of earning Michelin stars, they found their own style which is friendly and informal; they prefer to invent a new dish in the moment, following the fresh ingredients of the day. This experience is shared with Budapestians at their family-style Italian restaurant Protected content .
Please note that the name of the street has been changed. It is called now Wekerle Sándor utca. The restaurant is in the 5th district.
