Dr. Gottman's "Love Lab": Lessons about Marriages
Dr. John Gottman is a psychologist interested in what makes romantic relationships work. He has studied thousands of couples in his "Love Lab", and has come up with an understanding of what make successful couples work, and what are the predictors of unsuccessful marriages.
We will talk about his findings, and open the discussion to personal experiences and perhaps how these findings may apply to relationships in general.
Afterwards, we can have a dinner or drink together for a more casual chat.
1. The format is intimate group interactive discussion rather than one-person-talk passive lecture style. We encourage people sharing different opinions freely.
2. Due to this unique format, community building spirit, and the logistical reasons, please keep your RSVP up to date.
3. Be aware: People on the waiting list wouldn't be able to make to the event if you cancel within a short notice. So, cancellation in less than 24 hours when they're people on waiting list will be considered no show (except reasonable emergencies). No show 3 times out.
