It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
Our next event will be a special holiday dinner on Friday, Dec. 13 at Protected content , one of the best new Italian restaurants in town.
The chef is offering a custom menu just for our group, including two gorgeous off-menu creations we’re sure you’ll love:
- Welcome hors d’oeuvre: Avocado & shrimp salad on coral made from rice
- Appetizers: Bruschetta al pomodoro & bruschetta boscaiolo
- Primo Piatto: choice of
A. Spaghetti Sorrentino-style with fresh cherry tomato, garlic, basil, & mozzarella
B. Gnocchi di patate al ragù with meat sauce
- Main Course: choice of
A. Australian Wagyu flank steak
B. Scaloppine di pollo al Marsala (chicken cutlet with Marsala wine sauce)
- Dessert: Cioccolato semifreddo glazed with ganache & garnished with fresh fruit

Of course, a meal like this wouldn’t be complete without great wine, and we’ll be pairing this one with two beautiful reds from Spain. Cheers to getting the holiday off to a delicious start!
