Let's have a Brazilian Churrascaria dinner !!!!
"Churrasco" is an ancient tradition in Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil.
Around Protected content , the south of Brazil was flooded with European immigrants, who turned out to be excellent riders and ranchers.
These cowboys, later called gauchos, had a unique way to prepare meat: the "churrasco": They made a big fire, pounded various kinds of spiced meat on skewers, which they then stuck vertically into the ground next to the fire.
Around Protected content , an enterprising gaucho came up with the idea to commercialize this concept. This is how the first "churrascaria" arose in the south of Brazil.
