Virtual- Last day of Mindfulness Meditation Teleconference
In times like these, we need practical, actionable ways to cope with stress, fear, or anxiety. Lucky for us, mindfulness experts Marie- Pierre Lebris and Emma Haley have decided to offer free mindfulness meditation classes via teleconference to help us find calm amid the chaos.
For 45 min each day, the schedule will be as follows:
Monday March 23 at 11:30 w/ Emma (in english)
Tuesday March 24 at 21:00 (new moon at 10:29) w/ Marie-Pierre (in french)
Wednesday March 25 at 21:00 w/ Marie-Pierre (in french)
Thursday March 26 at 11:30 w/ Emma (in english)

at least one hour before the call start time and ask to subscribe to the daily mailing list. She will send you the connection link every day 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
If you have a good internet connection, just click on the link that is sent. However it is better to have downloaded ZOOM prior to the teleconference, and it's free!
After each 30 minute session, the moderator will allot 10 minutes to answer 2 questions about the meditative experience. Twice a week, more time will be allotted for further questions. In that case the session will be 10 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of Q&A and 15 minutes of meditation.
Remember to settle down comfortably in a quiet space. Soft clothing can be worn for stretching exercises.
