How can we take care of ourselves during this period of self-isolation and unrest? This week, Mindfulness experts Marie- Pierre Lebris and Emma Haley are continuing to offer free mindfulness meditation classes to help us find calm amid the chaos.

Tonight's class (in french) will be guided by Dr. Marie-Clarence Chaigne, GP, specialist in autism spectrum and related disorders, and mindfulness meditation's usage in medicine and neuroscience. She regularly guides mindfulness groups in her office in Bois d'Oingt in the Pierres Dorées.

She will send you the connection link every day 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. I will also try my best to post the link before each call.

Remember to settle down comfortably in a quiet space. Soft clothing can be worn for stretching exercises.
