How can we take care of ourselves during this period of self-isolation and unrest? This week, Mindfulness experts Marie- Pierre Lebris and Emma Haley are continuing to offer free mindfulness meditation classes to help us find calm amid the chaos.

Tonight's class will be guided by Marie-Pierre LeBris. She created Mindfulness Lab in Lyon in Protected content currently works with diverse structures in mindfulness-based business initiatives and stress management projects.

Remember to settle down comfortably in a quiet space. Soft clothing can be worn for stretching exercises.
