Join Emma Haley for this week's virtual mindfulness meditation in english.
Emma will guide us through a "body scan" meditation which is the simple exercise of being aware of your body, in the present moment. It can make us aware of any aches, pains, tension or general discomfort. Staying present while breathing into these sensations can bring relief to our physical or mental state, and can create feelings of well-being from head to toe. Protected content
