In this workshop you will untap your dance potential, and discover the benefits of connecting to your body through free movement and breathwork.

- Experience the different energies linked to Ayurveda elements through 5 choreographed flows
- Explore our wild inner child through free movement
- Practice synchronization and grounding exercises

This workshop is open to everyone. The only prerequisite, is the desire to move! :) And PS: this atelier is in french. :)
