Let's plan a Cycling for fun and exercise meetup with social distancing. We will ride a bicycle for fun and exercise. Physical activity is involved.

Requirements - Participants should be physically fit.
Sports equipment - Bicycle will be rented. Bring your accessories if required.
Dressing - Wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes.

Suggested Gear :
1. Mobile Phone with Power Bank
2. Some Cash
3. Hat
4. Sun Block or Sun Cream
5. SunGlasses
6. 500ml Water or Sports Drink
7. Energy Bars or Food
8. Corporate office identity card (Required for renting a bicycle)

Note: No formal training is provided. As such, no public liability, a personal accident of participants' insurance are covered. Each participant has your own liability for your personal accident. Participants are must follow current social distancing rules in force by the Hong Kong Government. A minimum distance of 1.5 meters should be maintained all the time.
