Let's enjoy the “Jympa” Summer Session 3 in the Protected content
Like every year Friskis & Svettis, a non-profit Swedish fitness organisation working with volunteers, organises free “Jympa” park sessions in summer.
"Jympa" is a unique Swedish way of training developed by Friskis&Svettis's founder Johan Holmsäter. The word is derived from gymnastics. A jympa session is rather similar to aerobics class in exercise content, but tend to be less choreographed and less coordination-requiring. Is also tends to be more informal.
Please come in your training outfit (there are no changing facilities) and bring a water bottle (a towel might be usefull as well).
If you like, we can go for a drink afterwards.

P.S. Regarding the timeline: the jympa session is from 19h Protected content and I provided for about one 1h for going for drinks.
