Before last “Jympa” Summer Session (no. 6)
Let's enjoy the “Jympa” Summer Session 6 in the Cinquantenaire.
Like every year Friskis & Svettis, a non-profit Swedish fitness organisation working with volunteers, organises free “Jympa” park sessions in summer.
"Jympa" is a unique Swedish way of training developed by Friskis&Svettis's founder Johan Holmsäter. The word is derived from gymnastics. A jympa session is rather similar to aerobics class in exercise content, but tend to be less choreographed and less coordination-requiring. Is also tends to be more informal.
There will be an instructor and music and usually a big crowd participating.
You will find us on the football field in front of the Military academy.
Coming from the Schuman roundabout and entering the Cinquantenaire you go straight ahead: you see the arc in front of you and then you need to turn left.
In order to find us on the footfall field, look for somebody who looks like my photo or give me a call / send me an SMS.
PLEASE COME IN YOUR TRAINING OUTFIT (there are no changing facilities) and bring a water bottle (a big towel / yoga mat might be usefull as well).
If you like, we can go for a drink afterwards.
I am looking forward to enjoying this sixth park sports session with you.
P.S. Regarding the timeline: the jympa session is from 19h Protected content and I provided for about one 1h for going for drinks.
