Moonlight Walk and Stargazing
Join us to witness the magnificent view of the Moon rising over the horizon in the ocean in the dark Summer sky. You might have done the Coogee to Bondi walk many times but experience it during night time, with fewer people, the ocean glowing in the moonlight, and millions of stars twinkling overhead.
This is the first full moon of the Lunar year; is also known as Snow Moon in the northern hemisphere (due to heavy snowfall). However, for the Southern hemisphere, it will be signaling the end of summer 😔
We will meet at Protected content at 6.45 PM sharp. Get a torch (head-mounted or handheld), some water, wear warm clothes (🤷🏽♂️) and wear enclosed sturdy shoes.
After the walk, we might have a couple of drinks and dinner at Bondi.
Note: Organiser is not responsible for any injury caused during the walk, you are responsible for your own safety and comfort.
The event is weather dependent, if there is a possibility of rain, we might cancel the event.
