Let's cook together again!!!!! This Friday night! 7:30 UK TIME.

Delicious, creamy and simply amazing, RISOTTO is one of the best and popular Italian favourite dish. The key to make a good RISOTTO is to make it creamy by keeping the rice "al dente".

Just with a few simple ingredients and with some tricks, you will learn how to make a good creamy RISOTTO.
Also, "RISOTTO courgette & Saffron" is a very tasty dish suitable for vegetarian and gluten free. Vegan as well, without using the butter and the parmesan cheese I will taught how to keep the creamy risotto.

Before start we introduce everyone for 10 min. Then we will be cooking together. Class will be around 30 min. Will be fun!!

The dish preparation will be for 2 people, you can keep some left over in the fridge to eat later. Or eat in the same time with your loved one.

Have ready a Nonstick Saute Pan and prepare beforehand the following ingredient:

• Rice Carnaroli or Arborio, Protected content
• Courgette, 2;
• Onion, 1⁄2;
• Saffron, 2 small spoons;
• Parmesan cheese, 40 g;
• Butter, 10 g;
• Extra Virgin Olive oil;
• Pepper.;
• Vegetable stock, Protected content
• White wine, 1⁄2 glass.
• Nutmeg, pinch

ALL CAN BE ACCOMPANIED BY A GLASS OF WINE or BEER :) for a nice time together!!
