Do you know how to make a perfect creamy "Cacio e pepe"?
And how to keep Spaghetti al Dente?

If you want to learn and impress yourself, or your loved one for Valentine's day, your family members or your housemates book your class here!
With just 3 simple ingredients you will turn this pasta dish to an elusive texture.

Thursday night let's make together one of the most popular Italian dish "Cacio e Pepe" at 7:00 pm UK time.

What is "Cacio e Pepe" means? "cheese and pepper" As the name suggests, the ingredients of the dish are: black pepper, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, and pasta, or traditionally tonnarelli.

We meet at 7 and we will have 5/10 min to introduced everyone. Please be on time!

Have ready a Nonstick Saute Pan and a stainless still pasta pot with hot water. Prepare beforehand the following ingredient for 2 people:

-Spaghetti 200/220 gr (try to buy 100% premium durum wheat -semolina Barilla 11/12 minute cooking time)
-Pecorino Romano stagionato 100/120 gr (Pecorino cheese)
-Black pepper to be grounded
-Salt

ALL CAN BE ACCOMPANIED BY A GLASS OF WINE/BEER or ANY FAVOURITE DRINK :) for a nice time together!!
