A beginner level workshop on the basics of meditation for locals and the international community in Copenhagen.

The goal of the workshop is to guide and encourage those interested in meditation take their first steps and support the inclusion of the activity in their daily routines.
Program content is expected to cover topics such as – Types of meditation; Practical tips; Planes of nature; Auras, chakras and colours; and a series of meditation exercises.
