Are you a busy looking for a way to increase your energy?
Are you working at home and looking for a way to de-stress?
LOOK NO MORE!!
Join me LIVE as I introduce you to home workouts where you can burn fat, and tone your muscles, in your own living room.
You will experience workouts that are easy to do at home with little or no equipment. All workouts are designed specifically for you with limited time spend from a minimum of 7 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes.
We'll have follow up sessions every Monday Wednesday and Friday. The time of the weekly sessions will be discussed on Sunday with the attendees.
For this session you'll need a yoga mat and a chair.
