Rejection hurts, but it doesn't have to hold you back. To make your dreams come true, you have to face many obstacles, including rejection.
To deal with rejection in a healthy way, you have to understand why we as humans fear it.
Rejection is an almost unavoidable. No one has ever succeeded in love or in life without first facing rejection. We all experience it, and yet, those times when we do are often the times we feel the most alone and unwanted. So much of the hurt and struggle we go through isn’t even based on the rejection itself but on what we tell ourselves about the experience, the negative ways we put ourselves down or fill ourselves with hopeless thoughts about the future.
How we react to rejection is more significant than the rejection itself. This is why learning how to deal with rejection is so important! We’ll go through some psychological tools and techniques to enhance self-understanding, and strengthening our sense of self.
