InterNations Moscow Charity Basket New Year Networking Event

Dear fellow InterNations members,

Please support me in my initiative to organize a small charity gift-giving event for people aged eighty-ninety+ years old ! I know a few such elderly people blessed with longevity and active mind, but living alone or lacking resources.

Organizing charity events is very popular nowadays and there are many funds, but they are rather impersonal.

Sunday, 11th, 18th and 25th of December let us meet and collect a thing or two for a New Year charity basket. These can be cookies, candies, chocolate bars, new year souvenirs, hand cremes, soaps, shampoos, etc.

Your gift can look like this: you buy and donate 5 chocolate bars which means that 5 different people will get them. Photos of people getting your present will be available on the event page on the 31st of December.

When we meet:

Sunday, 11th of December @ 13: Protected content
Sunday, 18th of December @ 18: Protected content
Sunday, 25th of December @ 13: Protected content

Or at the time convenient for you in the following time slot : Protected content .

Right before the New Year we will hand in our gifts to selected elderly people. Then we will upload photos with their happy smiles.
