"Through endless floating movements in and underwater, we offer a safe room where the physical body can relax and the mind can let go. A combination of dance, massage, yoga, breathing and a surrender of self in and to the healing power of the water,
where we can achieve a deep meditative state to strengthen contact with ourselves and life. "

Aguahara can express itself in various forms, ranging from a very soft relaxing water massage to a playful dance with the power of the water. It can be a deep relaxing and healing experience, a meditative inner journey, a physical opening of the body through stretched joints and massaged muscles or a free, smooth and playful flow in the beautiful three-dimensional space underneath the water surface.

Aguahara was founded by Alexander Siebenstern in Mexico and has spread throughout the world over the last few years.

"I have studied and worked with various forms of yoga, dance, qigong, body and soul treatments for the last 20 years and fell in love when I first contacted Aguahara.

Aguahara for me is a combination of many things I love in life; free movement and playfulness, full presence in the body in contact with nature, resting in warmth and being enclosed by the healing power of the water, being held off or keeping other people in peace, meeting with others in silence and dancing.
For me, it's a huge pleasure to let go of space and space on land and explore the three-dimensional experience underneath the surface, to let go of gravity, venture into a dance with the waves, flowing in soft embrace, the beauty of seeing bubbles, sunbeams and the mirror on the water surface from below.
I love it, and am happy to share that beauty with those who want around the world "

Petra also provides private sessions in Aguahara.
