Ready to Join?

How are you bouncing back from covid-19 crisis?

We are back with our reflection sessions!

How has this summer (or winter) been to you? As we are already in September, why not take a moment right now to check in with yourself and reflect on what’s been going on in your life.

If you’re in the mood for our reflection session, here are some ideas to think or journal about:
- Reflect on the goals you set (this month or this year). What progress have you made?
- Think about something (no matter how small) that brought you joy these past two months. What made you laugh? What made you feel calm?
- Identify a person whom you consider as valuable as a life pillar. And ask yourself, why this person? What do you admire in her/him? How has she/he enriched your life? Identify a reason to be proud of yourself this month.

- What have you learned about yourself during this lockdown? What have you overcome, accomplished, or handled well?
I hope these thoughts inspire you to reflect on this season and come back to the present moment with serenity.

I will be leading the session meditation and ikigai exercise. The rest, is all of us together :)
