Here we go at the first seasonal appointment for Runners InterNations Lugano.
Protected content of pure agonistic charm. The track, certified and approved by Swiss Athletics, quick, simple and linear, is perfect for those who chase their own personal record, but also for those who want to make their debut on the distance.

The exciting departure on the lakefront of Lugano is a unique experience of unparalleled beauty.

There are several race options, from program:
1. Half Marathon 26.05. Protected content 10.00 AM
2. Relay race (mixed group of 3 Runners)
3.10 Km City Run 25.05. Protected content 08.00 PM

Some advices: For those who want try to be finisher,
Just follow 3 workouts a week, for a total of 30km.
For example, you can then divide a workout in Wednesday, about 7km medium/fast, one on Fridays of 8km progressive, and on Sunday to be together to make another 15km long run.

For those who want to improve their PERSONAL BEST on distance, I can provide personalized training programs for any kind of need.

Of course the same applies to the 10km and other distances.
In this case should be enough run a total of 25 km for week.

Eccoci al primo appuntamento stagionale per i Runners InterNations Lugano.
Protected content di puro fascino agonistico. Il tracciato, certificato e omologato da Swiss Athletics, rapido, semplice e lineare, è perfetto per coloro che rincorrono il proprio record personale, ma anche per chi vuole fare il proprioesordio sulla distanza.

Ci sono diverse opzioni di gara, da programma:
1. Half Marathon 26.05. Protected content 10.00 AM
2. Staffetta Relay ( gruppo misto di 3 Runners)
3. 10 Km City Run 25.05. Protected content 08.00 PM

Per chi vuole provare ad essere FINISHER,
basta seguire 3 allenamenti a settimana, per un complessivo parziale di 30Km.
Ad esempio, si può dividere un allenamento al Mecoledì, di circa 7Km medio/veloce, uno al Venerdì di 8Km progressivo, e la Domenica trovarsi assieme per fare altri 15Km di corsa lunga.

Per chi volesse migliorare il proprio PERSONAL BEST sulla distanza, posso fornire dei programmi di allenamento personalizzati per ogni tipo di esigenza.

Naturalmente lo stesso vale per la 10Km e le altre distanze.
