We started our weekend runs and fitness activity recently.

Time: 6.45 am
Distance: 3,5 & 7 Kilometres
Route; Shivaji Park - Worli - Shivaji Park
- Warm up and light stretching
- Head out to run
- Post run cool down
Things to carry:
Own hydration/water, mask, sanitizer and smile on face :)
Note: This is a weekend run and fitness activity to keep the sports community from Mumbai city, active and healthy.
Have fun during the runs. Its not a race so run at your pace.
