Join us for another weekend run on Sunday, 21st Feb Protected content
Time: 6.30 am
Distance: 5 & 7 Kilometres
Route: Marine Drive.
Pace: Moderate
Plan:
- Warm up and light stretching
- Head out to run
- Post run cool down
Things to carry:
Own hydration/water, mask, sanitizer and smile on face :)
Note: This is a weekend run and fitness activity to keep the sports community from Mumbai city, active and healthy.
Have fun during the runs. Its not a race so run at your pace.
