The Five Tibetans

Need a new take on yoga? Let's share this Tibetan yoga practice to help us power through lock down. These five postures represent an amazingly powerful mini-practice. You can start your day this way, practice them at lunch, or supplement your regular yoga practice with the Five Tibetans. Normally they don't take a lot of time to do, I'll intersperse some Yogic readings to stimulate some discussion between each pose. See you Saturday on Zoom!
