Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga : Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is one of these systems of Hatha yoga that synchronises breath and movement in a flowing sequence of asanas. Each asana has a unique choreographed number of movements into and out of it. When practised regularly, it can help to develop strength, flexibility, stamina and help to cultivate an all-round feeling of well being and a still and focussed mind.
Benefits focus of this event: Back and Hip Pain, stress removal, blood flow and purification method (detox) and strengthening Immune system.

Info about the teacher:
Chetan was born in New Delhi. He did intense training in Indian Classical arts like Kathak (from Pracheen kala kendra, Chandigarh), Yoga and Indian Martial arts Kalaripayattu (from Attakkalari, center for movement arts, Bangalore, India where he worked for more than 2 years). He Has been teaching and sharing his knowledge since 9 years.
Now he lives in Milan sharing and doing
his research with Indian Contemporary movement arts and practicing Taichi. With Classical Indian Meditation, Yoga, Taichi and Kalaripayattu, he has also put his research
work of movement and exercises in order to better understand about physical and psychological health of our body in his Workshops been organised in different places in Italy.
