I'd like you to come along to a freestyle dance called 5 rhythms were the music guides your body through the 5 rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. No steps needed. Dance like no one is watching. Be your inner child. A non judgemental class. I alternate where I dance (between South Kensington and Kew). This week I shall be dancing at South Kensington and would be happy to take anyone interested with me. Been dancing every Friday for over a decade and still loving it. Would you like to give it a go?
