New York Invasion!
If you love to travel and want to visit a beautiful city, this is a great opportunity to see New York City on the weekend! We will leave from Jacksonville international airport (JAX) on 27 January Protected content approximately 6:00PM and fly to JFK. If you can decide which airline you want to fly with, we will just meet up somewhere. Return flight is whenever you want, but the event will end Sunday 29 January Protected content approximately 3:00pm. (Flying back at approximately 6:00pm). Currently hotel reservations are at Times Square in New York. Some of the activities that we will do are:
Free Sightseeing at Hudson Yard, High Line, Chelsea Market, Bryant Park, St Patrick Cathedral.
On Saturday night we will go to the Blue Note for some Jazz (approximately $40.00 for entrance, dinners and live music)
We will visit the Museum of Modern Art (approximately $30)
There will be many places to try international cuisines and there are tons more attractions to see ( i.e. Empire State Build, the Observatory, Ground Zero)
