What is this event about?
This is an Irish storytelling night. Sorcha and her brother Aron (Candlelit Tales duo) are bringing life back to “the wondrous tales of old.” I discovered them this month, something I certainly won’t forget. Whatever the tale, you’ll find the voices enchanting. Their hands wave in the air all around them, drawing up mythical landscapes for their audience to devour. They make the public captivated, each twist and turn of their tales is met with laughs, sighs and applause.
About the Storytellers
Aron is an actor, and his sister works with the Bard school of mythology, she rewrote a lot of Irish myths. Candlelit Tales want to bring back the craic of the old myths and legends. They want to share the stories with the world so that everyone can hear and be inspired by the wealth of wit and wisdom in these old tales.
