Sometimes when we’re exhausted, we gravitate toward activities that drain us even more. Or we think we don’t deserve to take a break, so we ignore our body’s whispers for rest.
If you think you have the time to unwind your stress then join me every Friday 5pm IST and feel liberated.
You don't need to be an artist. Any one can paint. At least try once.
What is Art Therapy?
It is the Combination of ART+PSYCHOLOGY+NEUROSCIENCE
It is the art making process that matters not the final outcome.

Requirement: Plain drawing paper , Color pens , A leaf, poster/acrylic color (any) , pencil/pen.
