To cultivate Growth Mindset we need to focus on learning by being mindful of our limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are stressful at most times and may experienced many different feelings, including anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, or frustration which in turns limit our personal growth because we are focused on "judgements" What people will say.

According to the WHO 4 out 5 is suffering from Mental Disorder that means we are stressed not coping up to our day to day events .

You don't need to be an artist. Any one can paint. At least try once. Learn to get into unknown and feel liberated.

What is Art Therapy?
